The waters of the Cayman Islands are rightly considered some of the finest diving in the world. An average trip for Open Water divers consists of a guided dive at 80-100 feet on one of the amazing sites on the dropoff “Wall” that surrounds Grand Cayman. On your dives, dramatic swim-throughs and sheer walls, large vase and barrel sponges, sea fans and an incredible variety of coral reef life as well as sea turtles, tarpon, eagle rays, nurse and reef sharks, eels and barracuda are often sighted.

We’ll follow with a shallower dive at one of the many colorful reef sites a little closer to shore, observing an abundance of wildlife, such as parrotfish, smaller spotted morays, snapper, and several species of jacks and angelfish.

Ambassador Divers also provides a full range of instruction for all PADI courses, as well as classes in technical diving and free diving.

Boat Diving

We dive primarily from our 28 foot Parker custom v-hulled dive boat. The Parker and our 45 foot custom Garcia are also available for private charter and for snorkeling.

In addition to basic equipment rental, such as a mask, fins, snorkel, BCD and regulator, we can on special request provide still and video camera rental. Tanks, fills and weights are provided as part of our dive packages.
